Applications are not contracts
Sending an application, a mentor application, a team request or a contact message does not create a contract, a place in a cohort or an obligation to pay. It is a request for a conversation. We may decline any application without giving a reason.
A place in a cohort exists only when a cohort agreement has been signed by you (or your employer) and by us. That agreement sets the plan, dates, price, payment terms and withdrawal terms.
Accuracy of information
Track pages describe what a typical plan covers. Every cohort gets its own plan, so modules, tools, length and order will differ. Example cohorts are illustrative. Cohort facts (size, length, weekly load) are typical ranges, not guarantees. Nothing on this site is a promise of employment, certification or a specific outcome.
Using the site
- Give true information in forms. Submissions that are automated, abusive or false may be deleted and the sender blocked.
- Do not probe, overload or attempt to access non-public parts of the site.
- Text, graphics and the logo on this site belong to FLIPTON LIMITED. You may link to the site and quote short passages with attribution. Do not reproduce track plans or page content for a competing offering.
Liability
The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee either. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site’s content or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes that cannot be settled by talking are handled by the courts of Hong Kong SAR. Nothing in this clause removes protections you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
