Mentor a cohort in your own field.
We do not keep full-time trainers. Every cohort gets a team of two to four practitioners matched to its plan. If you do this work today and can explain it, we would like to hear from you.
What we look for
- Five or more years hands-on in the area, and still doing it. Managers who stopped touching systems a decade ago are not a fit.
- You have taught or onboarded people before, formally or not, and you remember what was hard.
- You can commit the hours for a whole cohort, not just the first three weeks.
- You are honest about what you do not know. Cohorts notice.
Three roles per cohort
Lead mentor
4–8 h / weekOwns the plan and the two live sessions a week. Reviews capstones. One per cohort.
Lab mentor
3–6 h / weekRuns the hands-on hours, reviews lab work, unblocks people between sessions. One or two per cohort.
Guest practitioner
1–3 sessionsCovers one specialist module: a specific cloud, security tooling, on-call practice, a database.
