Generic courses are written once and sold to whoever shows up. That is efficient for the seller and expensive for the learner, who sits through half a course that was not for them. We do it in the other order.
Six principles every plan is checked against

Six to twelve people who want the same thing. Mixed backgrounds are fine; mixed goals are not.
Plans are written, then reviewed
A plan is a document the cohort reads before committing. If it does not survive the review, it was not ready.
Mentors do the work today
A mentor's examples come from last month, not a slide deck from a previous decade.
Every module ends with something built
Labs on real infrastructure. The capstone is something you can show, or something your company needed.
No price before the plan
The price depends on the plan and the mentor team. We quote when both exist, and you see all three before deciding.

We prepare you for the job and the interview. We do not promise either.
Who runs it
devopssyscourse.org is run by FLIPTON LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong SAR. The people behind it have spent years on both sides of the problem: running infrastructure and security for real companies, and hiring and onboarding the people who were supposed to.
The cohort model came from that. The courses that worked were the ones built for a specific group with a specific gap. The ones that did not were the ones bought off a shelf. So the shelf went.
Mentors are not employees. They are practitioners on a roster, matched to a plan when a cohort needs their area, and paid per cohort.
